MATERIALS

Things I need to organize:

- Notebook and pen

- ⁠Headphones

- ⁠Soil - black, abundant, rich in organic content soil. best types of soil are loam soil, black soil (Chernozem) or other rich in clay, mud, organic content and water soils. Please make sure the soil is real nature soil or organic soil with no pesticides/artificial additives inside it. Please make sure the soil is rich in water. Add and organic content (grass, leaves, fruits/ vegetables parts) and water regularly to it to maintain its abundance.

- Pot/storage box - big enough for your two feet comfortably to fit in it

- ⁠Vegetables and fruits growing in the soil - you can check on Google and choose what you like most - carrots, beetroot, radish, potatoes, sweet potatoes, ginger, celery, also peanuts (the only fruit growing under the earth) etc.

- ⁠Juicer for HARD fruits and vegetable

- ⁠We will be following specific food regime
